It all started with a glare

Me looking into his eyes

Slowly up, beside and then stare

Didn't know what it was

Just smilled and looked across

I never felt this ever before

Never did I blush a lot 

Smelling his scent in flowers, his gifts and what not

This beautiful acquaintance

Wondered joining every love dot

This moment did vanish

However, ignited endless love in the two hearts

Two souls never getting apart

And the essence that would never depart

The road of love, we did travel

Each phase with humongous delight

From regular meets, numerous calls and unlimited texts

Feeling the vibes which only we could express

His aura would elate me on every blink of my eye. 

Pardon me, if I say, he was 24/7 on my mind! 

You must be wondering what is going to happen next

Is there something fishy or a beautiful blend

So, let me remind you that it's all pure love

Nothing temporary nor an immature drug

We grew together as a couple

Fond of each other

Our trust was the strength

Affection delighted us every now and then

We soared high in the sky of bliss

Then swimmed across the river of joy

Went high to touch the mountains of peace

And waved through the beach of love. 

I think gratitude is something way higher than love

Respecting each other's decision is of utmost importance

Fortunately, it was the backbone of our bond

Nothing could stop us from embracing our emotions

He brought sunshine in the rain

He showered flowers in the thorns of pain

He gave me time, space and all above love which never could drain 

Brought laughter to my life of sad terrain

And Calm to my stromy brain

What else would I aspire to gain? 

Strangers turned lovers

I can't find the depth of our love

Nor can I investigate who feels it more 

Acknowledging all my assets

And demanding all my rights

I just know one thing

That YOU ARE MINE❤
